Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs

Hard-boiling eggs can be tricky! Amiright or am I right?? If you want perfectly hard-boiled eggs every time, follow my steps below!

1 Place eggs in a saucepan + fill with cold water until the water is about an inch or two over the top of the eggs.

2 Add in a pinch of salt.

3 Place pan on stove over medium-high heat + bring water to a boil.

4 Cover saucepan with lid, let boil for 1-2 minutes, + then turn off heat.

5 Let sit covered for 15 minutes.

6 Take pan over to the sink + simultaneously dump out the hot water while filling with cold water from the sink.

7 Cover eggs with cold water + let sit for about a minute.

8 Gently tap eggs against sink or counter to crack the shell all over.

9 Peel + rinse eggs.
